Lila Nath Pahadi is a founder president of Akshar Arambha Nepal (AA Nepal). Mr. Pahadi founded AA Nepal in 2016 and has been leading the organization to implement inclusive education and livelihood program for disabled perople. He holds master degree in sociology from Tribhuvan University and has 1 year organizational development training form India. Mr. Pahadi has 15 years experience in disability education, promotion, human rights and livelihood programs. However Mr. Phadi himself is a physically challenged person and has been working in insurance company.
Sarita Thapa is a founding vice president of Akshar Arambha Nepal. She is a deaf person and has been in disability development field for 30 years. Personally she is garment tutor. She worked 15 years in government women entrepreneurial skills development program as a garment tutor.
Buddhi Lal Pradhan is a founding secretary of Akshar Arambha Nepal. He is a deaf person and has been in disability development field for 25 years. He has good knowledge of dealing, counseling and mobilization for deaf persons as per individual potential. Personally he has been in media field for a long time.
Anuja Maske is a founding member of Akshar Arambha Nepal. She is a deaf person by birth. She is an active member of the AA Nepal.
Dipa Lamichhane is a founding treasurer of Akshar Arambha Nepal. She has one leg amputation and uses prosthetic limb. She is a disability counselor and sign language expert. She has been working as a sign language interpreter for National Federation of the Disabled Nepal for 12 years.
